Conferencing and Banqueting facilities at the Brookdale Hotel.
All our rooms have natural light and are well ventilated. We do not have air conditioning. Our rooms are very adaptable and can be used for private dining, conferences, weddings, christenings, business meetings, training events and funerals. Our room hire costs include the use of a screen, OHP and a flipchart. We do not allow room hire only bookings, refreshments must be ordered in advance. Our rooms are available for a half-day or full day. Half day is less than 4 hours; a full day is more than 4 hours. Costs are also applicable for evening use. Wireless Broadband available throughout most of the hotel.
The Chellew Room
The Chellew room is L-shaped and had lots of natural light. This is our main dining room and is available daily from 10 - 5.30pm (available outside this times by special arrangement). The hotel bar is at the entrance to this room serving draught & bottles beers, a good selection of wine, spirits, alcopops & soft drinks. There is a wood laminate floor area at the rear of the room suitable for dancing. The room is fitted with ISDN Computer Video Conferencing connection.

The Tremorvah Room
The Tremorvah room is a pleasant lounge that can be used or formal or informal functions. It can be hired out with easy chairs, boardroom style or for private dining. It's available daily from 7.30am - 10pm. It has natural light, but we enhance this with the use of uplighters if required. The room is readily serviced by both bar & kitchen.

The Rashleigh Room
The Rashleigh Room has natural light, which again can be improved by uplighters. It's available daily from 8.30am - 10pm. This versatile room can be used for private dining, boardroom meetings, presentations and training sessions. The room is fitted with ISDN Computer Video Conferencing Connection. A bottle bar can be placed in the room for private functions. This room has recently had a Plasma screen installed for both PC, satellite & terrestrial TV use.

Rashleigh Suite
